"Jesse James is a 3 year old Border Collie. Last fall I noticed that his energy level was low and he was very lethargic. If you know Border Collies, that sould NOT be the case.
We took him in for a complete set of blood tests and the results showed a disease called Tick Fever. It is very similar to Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever that people get.
