Shipping Information

 Upon receipt of order and payment verification, your order is processed and shipped.  Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Money Order, Personal Check, or Automatic Check Debit may make payment for orders.  Please make checks and money orders payable to Amazon Herb Company.  Once an order is placed and processed, changes cannot be made.

MAS (Monthly Auto Ship) orders must be changed at least (5) days prior to the ship date.  Changes cannot be made on the processing date.  Declined credit cards/ACH orders will receive one courtesy call.  If the order cannot be processed at that time, the order will be cancelled until the customer calls with a form of payment. MAS orders that decline for two consecutive months will be cancelled until the customer reinstates the MAS.  It is the customer’s responsibilty to make sure they have a qualifying order in the month they are to receive commissions.  

Orders placed are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.  Orders are shipped UPS unless another shipping method is requested for which additional shipping charges may apply.  Shipping charges are as follows:

• $0-$99=$8
• $100-$299=$13
• $300-$499=$18
• over $500 in volume is Free UPS Ground, within the U.S.

Amazon Herb Company will ship orders via Priority Mail at the customer’s request. Any Priority Mail order lost or damaged in shipment is not eligible for replacement or claim reimbursement.
