 Amazon Herb Company takes pride in its product and guarantees complete customer satisfaction.  We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for all customers. The most recent order will be eligible for credit and all preceding orders will be eligible for product exchange for up to one year from the date of purchase. Amazon Herb Company will send new product in place of any defective product.

• Products must be returned before a refund will be issued.
• All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a completed Customer Return/Exchange Form provided by Amazon Herb Company upon request.
• Exchanges may be made up to one year from the date of purchase for unopened and resalable products.
• Standard shipping fees and taxes will apply for exchange orders.
• Promotional Packs must be returned in full; including free products for a full refund to be made.
• Restocking fees of $30 will be applied to returns of Spa Bag on Wheel orders and return orders that were $500 volume and free shipping.
• Literature and sales aids in reusable and resalable condition may be returned at any time within six months of purchase and receive a 90% refund.
• In the event of shipping discrepancies, missing or incorrect items, and damaged merchandise, please contact a Customer Care Representative. Notification must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
